Coming 2027 · Sydney
The essentials
- When and where is AI:NEXT Australia?
- AI:NEXT begins with AI:CANBERRA on 27 October 2026 at Australian Parliament House, Canberra. The AI:NEXT AUSTRALIA SUMMIT is planned for Sydney in 2027 — date to be announced.
- What is AI:CANBERRA?
- AI:CANBERRA is a named leadership convening by AI:NEXT Australia — a curated invitation-led roundtable for up to 50 carefully selected participants. It is not the public Summit day; it is the first room where the core question is explored in depth. AI:NEXT is an independent initiative; venue use does not constitute Australian Government endorsement unless explicitly confirmed.
- Is the Summit one day?
- Yes. The Summit is designed as a single-day programme with an expo floor, world sessions, AI Tea tables and AI Live running alongside the main stage.
- Can I buy a ticket now?
- Not yet. Registration opens ahead of the summit and pricing is published at the same time.
- Who has been announced as a speaker?
- Nobody yet. Speakers are announced individually, only once confirmed. The speaker brief and session formats are published on the speakers page.
- How do I apply to speak?
- Register your interest through the speakers page and describe the specific thing you would talk about. Submissions are matched to the nine programme worlds.
- How do AI:CANBERRA places work?
- AI:CANBERRA places are curated, not first-come. Applying does not confirm a place, and seats are not sold.
- Can my company exhibit?
- Exhibitor applications open ahead of the summit, with the brief and pricing published together. Floor placement follows visitor intent rather than rental tier.
- What is The Next 10?
- A selection of ten early Australian AI companies given real stage time. There is no entry fee and slots are not sold.
